Hair loss, or alopecia, is a crucial problem faced by millions of people all around the planet regardless of age or sex.

People who are interacting with other people and have a job related to customer service regularly have a larger problem with losing hair or balding. Though there are countless causes for alopecia, diet insufficiency is located to be a major one. Particularly a deficiency in B vitamins- particularly B6, inositol, Biotin, and folic acid can result in hair loss. The B vitamins, particularly B5 (pantothenic acid) and B3 ( Niacin ) are needed for the growth of hair follicle.

To heal hair loss, vitamin supplement intake should be performed rigorously. Research shows that unnecessary intake of vitamin B6 frequently ends up in stimulated hair growth. Often, deficiency in folic acid causes complete hair loss.

The main function of Vitamin E is to move oxygen in the blood and improve the scalp circulation. Vitamin E will enhance the immune function and thereby, hair health gets improved. Vitamin E is therefore another hair loss vitamin.

Vitamin C can also be known as hair loss vitamin since it improves circulation of the scalp and maintains all capillaries, which carry blood to the follicles. This vitamin might be consumed 5000 mg daily.

Other hair loss vitamins include Biotin, which improves healthy hair. You should eat lots of food to stop hair-loss due to biotin deficiency. You may consume 50 mg of Biotin twice daily after food. The following food contains a large amount of biotin: bulgur, green peas, lentils, walnuts, sunflower seeds, soybeans, oats, bulgur, Brewer's yeast and brown rice.

Inositol is also considered a hair loss vitamin. To stimulate hair growth, you need to consume100 mg twice daily.

A deficiency of vitamin A might also be the reason for balding. Once the intake of Vitamin A is stabilized, the hair loss might be stopped. For better growth of hairs, B vitamins are required. Among the B vitamins, Vitamin B3 ( Niacin ), Vitamin B5 ( Pantothenic acid ) and vitamin B6 ( pyridoxine ) are named as balding vitamins.

B vitamins are loaded in food like bran, nuts, eggs, soybeans, cauliflower, carrots, peas, and beans. Intake of these vitamins will help to boost quality, texture, and growth of hair.
